Metropolitan Traffic Control Center

Nir – Kutz Architects won a public competition for this project.
The structure is represented in a sensitive, dynamic, way, as a sculpted element. It is responding to its environment, characterized by constant and rapid flow. We aimed at creating architectural movement in the intensive urban traffic around it, representing the function of a Traffic Control Center. The design responds to movement and reflects it and offers a building in a proper human scale to both viewers and users.
