Baran Group is an industrial engineering company.

The building's Program presented by Baran is of industry on the ground floor and offices on the upper floor.

It was decided to place the building in the south area of the site leaving the northern part of the site wide open to create a large entrance square and a parking area facing the junction. Placing the parking area north of the building creates a natural shade on the parking lot during the day. The main façade is facing north, what allows opening much larger windows.

The industrial materials that characterize the majority of the walls of the building are taken from the company's materials world. 
A large deal of the company's occupation is planning and establishing industrial factories, including heavy industrial typical to the Negev and the Dead Sea region.

The building's exterior design combines elements of bare steel construction and industrial steel panels with painted steel, curved aluminum roof and vertical blocks of Hebron stone.
Hebron stone symbolizes the company's important relationship to Bee- Sheva and the Negev.

With the interior design of the building there was a use of industrial materials and industrial impressions like bare construction, exposed air conditioning channels etc.
